How it works

1. A free 30-minute call
   We’ll discuss your situation, clarify the problem you’re trying to solve, and determine whether working together makes sense. If I’m not the right person for your situation, I’ll tell you that too.
2. The audit
   I audit how your team is structured and how you do things day to day.
3. Findings and a plan
   You get a written report with what I found and what I recommend, and we’ll go over it on a call so you have a plan moving forward.
